How to teach your dog “doggie zen”

Doggie Zen is a communicative way to let your dog know if it is doing a behavior correctly (or is making a mistake).
 
This exercise is a useful training tool for many behaviors that require duration.
But it is also a very good exercise to improve impulse control and concentration.
