Online practical exam for cats in AAS

To become a certified therapy cat team, you must pass a practical test.

 

You and the cat will carry out a simulated visit and you, as a team, will be evaluated by a professional. The cat should be off-leash during parts of the test.

 

The skills that will be assessed include:

• Greeting the user politely and staying with them

• Taking treats gently

• Coming when the handler calls
