Will your cat at least let you sleep in on Saturday and Sunday?

I have been recently looking at a cat that (probably) will be the father of my kitten... I have been looking for boldness, curiosity, playfulness, and sociability. This cat was pretty nice! Very brave and curious - at the beginning interacting with people only for a short moment. But after several minutes of exploration, he was also happy to stay with us and be petted. In the beginning, he was so occupied with the environment and all the new things, that he had nearly no time for interaction. Does someone have experience with cornish rex?
